    When learning to chop hop should you be in or out of the harness? Also is a seat or waist harness easier for this?

    sorry SB but i've never written that i've done a vulcan and can saddey say i havent even tried 1 yet!!

    Where did u read that?

    ah, my apologies ... ooops, it was Yeatesy (rather than Yatesy) - but an easy mistake to make i think you'll agree !

    what about the pulling up towards the boom part?

    also, "like a ollie" i've heard this alot, actually i happen to be very good at skating, is it only similar in the way that you slam the tail down and then jump as it comes back up to make it as light as possible? or are there other similarities?
