Most of us on here feel the need for speed I think it would be fair to say?

So, how many of us have a motor bike for all those little trips that don't involve windsurfing kit?

My windsurfing kit shares the garage with a BMW R 1150 GS -perfect no wind toy

I have Suzuki V-Strom 1000 and Husqvarna TE510 - I like to be well powered up.

I've got a Triumph Daytona 955i - been to the Nurburgring circuit on it a few times, the Alps a couple of times and Scotland on a few longer trips with mates.

The sheer speed and the freedom to 'dodge' traffic are the things that appeal most - alongside childishly dragging my titanium knee sliders on bends to leave sparks - silly I know but a lot of fun having the World rush past your ears at a crazy angle.

I've been thinking about getting one of those BMW scooters - the one with the roof.

    Does that count?

ZZR 600, which only gets used when I go to the airport. Bit of a waste, really, but I've always had bikes and wouldn't feel comfortable without one.
