I quite like the one on the right, maybe if it had a bigger window

Snooze - RRD do not need to use pink paint in order for their boards to look more metrosexual than an Italian's manbag.

and that's coming from a man who bought a board that looked like Stringfellow's underhosen, so he should definitely know what he's talkin about

    The Mistral Twinser looks great!

I had heard from Tim this morning who has been sailing a Quattro Twinser in Maui and he didn't think it would be a pplicable to a monkey like myself. Only good for proper ways and close/in the pocket wave riding.

I'll look forward to having a go on Cribby's when he gets them though.

Especially with a day-glo lime green wetsuit and canary yellow harness.......all a bit 80's........

Something a bit Klepperish about the grid graphics too.

I spoke to Mr Cribb about them at the weekend and he felt that the two shapers who were ahead of the game on Twinsers where Keith Teboul and Mark Nelson (obviously I guess). Not sure who is shaping for RRD these days there was a story a few months ago that there shaper had left?

But like many i suspect - despite my skepticism im keen to read that first test / happy to eat my words. The questions id like to answer are:

Does the board make you sail like Seadi? If not do i get my money back?
Does the board do anything for non CV style fast waves ie How applicable to South Coast mush? How applicable to SW grnd swell waves?
Is it aimed at wave experts or wave beginners - who will get more from them and why?
What are they like in non wave conditions?
What do they do that my single fin wont?

Id guess for this first incarnation there will probably be more differences in the twin fin camp (other than they possess two fins) than similalrities between them, making generalisations hard.

Is IanL on the case yet with his ruler?
