    Think of it. You cannot throw the rig if your weight is backwards and your arms are stretched before take off

    I have never heard it explained that way. I think I have my body weight over the board and the rig close to me on take off but I am not trying to put the rig forward after take off. Seems an odd thing to do when I want it behind me in the next milli second. Makes sense though watching some of the videos. Its almost like it gives you more leverage to once its forward.

    Just need some wind now to practise.

    Throwing the rig forward pulls you over the board, initiate the rotation, and make the board land nose first
