    Switch Kono

I'm getting to the stage where my rig ducking is getting better, and today a couple of times I had the rig in the perfect spot to go for the Kono (the one where you go in switch stance), although I was probably going too slowly.

So what do I do from there? Pushing down on the back hand seems to make the rotation go the wrong way (like a Funnell).

Switch kono is actually very easy when your sail duck is done right.

If your loosing speed during your duck, try not to move your body around your sail but get your sail around your body staying with your weight over the front foot.

Next step is to get a wide grip and carve upwind, then jump hvile pushing out with your back hand. And flip your body backwards.
The rest will happend by it self

Ha ha- good trick to learn. Got any vid of you doing them?

Does it not need much wind? Tonky and Damien seem to do them in only just planing winds.

Have no video on the net of me doing one.

But you don't need much wind, if you can keep a bit speed threw your Ducking, you are good to go
