    Shame about the the vid but no worries.

    The ducking hasn't gone well for me, I need to practise correctly on the easier versions first I think. I'm working on it... Along with all the other basic freestyle stuff...

    Are you trying switch stance? I find them far harder when regular stance.

    There was quite a good video on the boards site a week or two ago.

    Regular duck
    Switch duck
    All most same difficulty

    Regular kono or switch kono all most same difficulty as well, but lot of people understand the switch kono better

    You have to throw the sail a bit more foreward and the pull it behind yourself more
