    You are digging the nose in quite a bit, try a more horizontal spin (I did this by taking off more down wind) and your legs are fairly straight. I'd get even lower and further forwards and get the mast further away from you and into the wind. This is done by feathering the sail into the wind rather than pushing it away from you.

    BUT this is with the caveat I haven't landed a grubby (or really tried many) in about 7 years since having kids so I may no longer have a clue.

    I'd recommend you to get a professional cameraman to work with you. It may cost a bit more, but you'll get what you pay for.
