    Wow!

Tracking him around the UK was an education in all the nooks and crannies of the coastline ... this is going to be epic! Can't wait for him to go past Tarifa and into the straits of Gibraltar - that should be a special moment for all windsurfers.

After this it'll have to be windsurf around the World ... actually if he wants a quick holiday before tackling the planet, then maybe windsurfing around the Canary islands, or from here to the Cape Verde islands and then on down to CapeTown would be a relaxing little jaunt.

    Blimey...

I was fortunate enough to attend a talk given by him on his round Britain windsurf trip and that was an epic achievement.

I feel like doing a "we're not worthy" Wayne's World style.

Jono unveils his Round Europe kit ... Tomorrow the gear gets packed up. Monday he's off to Norway!

The windsurfing world will be with him in spirit all the way round. Go Jono!

ps I'm several chapters into "Long Standing Ambition" (Jono's book about windsurfing around the UK) and I can thoroughly recommend it, and not just for fellow windsurfers - it's a fantastic personal journey and he's an excellent writer.
