Each race is 20nm the average competent slalom guys do it in about 40 min.
    That’s a 5nm each leg. This in a good Tramontana blow 25 to 35 kt gusting 40.
    What I recall from experience.
Now for the official times you’d need to search the official website.

There is some info here from a race in 2014. 45/50 knots wind and Loftsails 4.9 m² and Patrick slalom 87 liters with 27 fins.

    https://skrause.wordpress.com/2014/0...as-warembourg/

35 km of race in 44 minutes. An average speed of 47.6 km / h (25.7 knots) and peaks at 58 km / h (31.3 knots)

A link to a track, scroll down a bit and select the speed tab. As you can see on one leg he was 1000m offshore and in choppier water, so his speed was slower than the legs next to the beach, 42kph v 55kph, hovering your mouse over the track gives the actual speed at that point.

The fastest 1 hour average on gps-speedsailing at Guissan is 26.78 knots, that was done next to the beach and the reaches were 'just' 4.5km, so more gybes. https://www.gps-speedsurfing.com/def...27900&uid=5957
