    Basher...SAID

*I hear on the grapevine that the main issue with the Cobra factory nowadays is that they are very busy with a broad variety of products, so manufacturers have to book up factory time well in advance.

I understand that Starboard have an interest in the factory, kindly advise if not correct. Why would a shareholder not have some priority for production ?

Some brands put little on their websites about how the board is made. Google "<brand of your choice> semi custom" and you will find a few. RRD, NoveNove, Exocet. Exocet say 'moulded semi-custom'.
So what is 'custom'? The EPS blank shaped by hand/CNC, PVC sandwich layer, cloth/resin layed up by hand and vacuum bagged (once or more times during the process)?
'Semi-custom' as above but put in a mould instead of the vacuum bagging as above? I think Markski was maybe suggesting this, they dont vacuum bag over a core.
Starboard, Fanatic and Goya for instance, dont mention how it is put together but do specify the materials.
It would be interesting to find out.
