    Wednesday 18th April

KBay Supertubes/Ledges, all-time SE'ly side/side-off port tack up to mast high+. Cloudless sky & 15c Temp too. Early on at hightide it was massive, v.gnarly & pretty light. Cue Timo going first out at Supertubes (a long walk round the Ledges). I soon followed & got a few bombs from Yellows then a big pasting/swim to just below car park. So went in for break & pic duty. Wind soon picked up enough so i could beat back up to Supertubes & join the others (Jas, Neil, Alex, Mike + a few others). As expected waves cleaning up/dropped as tide fell. Magic.
